 International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide delivery through reputed international couriers.
  • Delivery timelines vary between 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS.
  • Customers can track their orders directly on the courier partner’s website.

Delays in Delivery

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier network issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
  • Sri Ganapathy Vastraalaya shall not be held liable for such delays, but our team will assist in tracking and resolving issues promptly.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping charges.

Non-Delivery

  • In rare cases where delivery fails despite multiple attempts, the courier will return the order to us. Re-shipping can be arranged at the customer’s cost.
